(Ha'aretz) - Hamas leader Sheikh Ahmed Yassin has confirmed that his organization is holding remains of an Israeli soldier killed during an IDF operation in the Gaza Strip in July, Israel Radio reported Wednesday. Military sources confirmed that Hamas held remains of the soldier's body. The soldier was killed in an explosion when naval commandos raided the house of the al-Houl family in Gaza on July 27, searching for Adnan al-Houl, believed to have founded the Hamas arms-production wing.2003-10-22 00:00:00Full Article
