(Ha'aretz) Arnon Regular - Diplomats at the Rome conference for countries donating to the PA warn of a significant drop in donor support for the Palestinians. This year, Arab countries who had committed to contributing $30 million had transferred only half that. The EU has also reduced its contribution, as a result of pressure from the European Parliament to contribute only to "identified purposes" out of concern that monies would be channeled to terrorist activities.
