(Jerusalem Post) - The security cabinet approved Prime Minister Sharon's proposal Wednesday to include Rachel's Tomb within the new security barrier being constructed around Jerusalem. The site is where Jews believe the biblical matriarch Rachel, wife of Jacob and mother of Joseph, is buried.
