(Ha'aretz) Ze'ev Schiff - Egypt has conditions for its quiet integration into the American coalition. The operation against Iraq must be accompanied by a "positive" American operation in regard to the Palestinians. The Egyptians will insist that as soon as the war in Iraq is over, the Americans deal with the Palestinian problem - as occurred after the Gulf War.
