(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh - An unprecedented power struggle has been raging among the top brass of the PA and Fatah over the past few months. Many senior PA officials have come out against Arafat for his refusal to relinquish some of his powers and agree to far-reaching reforms.
