(New York Times) The Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security said on Thursday it had obtained new evidence showing that Iran was constructing secret nuclear facilities. Satellite images of two sites showed "the construction of secret nuclear fuel cycle facilities" which "appear related to the production of enriched uranium and heavy water - two materials that may be used in a civil nuclear program or in the production of nuclear weapons."
