(Washington Post/AP) Jordanian police have arrested two members of al Qaeda - Salem Saad bin Suweid, a Libyan, and Yasser Fatih Ibrahim, a Jordanian - for the October killing of Laurence Foley, 60, an American diplomat in Amman.
