(Saudi Gazette) Mohammed Mar'i - The Palestinian Authority (PA) on Saturday said that the Balfour Declaration that paved the way for the creation of Israel in 1948 "is a crime against humanity." On Nov. 2, 1917, British Foreign Secretary Arthur James Balfour announced that his government views "with favor the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people," laying the foundation for the creation of Israel more than 30 years later.
