(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh and Herb Keinon - The Palestinian negotiating team with Israel has resigned in protest over continued construction in settlements and east Jerusalem neighborhoods, Palestinian sources confirmed Wednesday. Israeli officials did not seem particularly fazed by the resignations, saying the Palestinian pattern of negotiation "brinkmanship" has occurred on numerous occasions.
