(Times of Israel) Avi Issacharoff - Dozens of Palestinian youths took to the streets and burned tires in Tulkarm in the West Bank over the weekend, blocking roads for hours in protest over plans by the PA and the municipality to put electric meters in the homes of the residents in order to charge them for electricity usage. Some of the refugee camps have become no-man's-lands, with Palestinian security forces understanding that entering these places will inevitably lead to complications.
