(Ma'ariv-Hebrew) Ariel Kahana and Dalia Mazori - According to the Oslo agreement of 1995, Israel pledged to provide the Palestinians with 28.6 million cubic meters of water a year. In fact, Israel has been providing 60 million cubic meters, a 50% increase.
