(Ynet News) Itamar Eichner - The chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament, Elmar Brok, last week asked to send a special delegation to examine the conditions of Palestinian prisoners in Israel. A source in the Israel Foreign Ministry said the request was coordinated with Palestinians seeking to promote an anti-Israel campaign on the issue.
