(Jerusalem Post) Ariel Ben Solomon - Egypt began constructing a security barrier around the city of El-Arish in Sinai in order to prevent terrorism, Egypt's Al-Masry Al-Youm reported Wednesday. Security sources said the fence would encircle the city, allowing access through 10 entrances.
