Iranian President Hasan Rouhani said on Saturday that his government was open to cooperating with the U.S. in Iraq. Secretary of State John Kerry said Saturday, "Whatever dialogue may or may not be taking place [with Iran] would take place on the sideline or outside the mainstream of the nuclear talks" in Vienna.
