(New York Times) Fares Akram and Jodi Rudoren - Qatar has donated $30 million to be distributed in the amount of $1,200 each to about 24,000 Hamas public workers, excluding the security forces, Mamoun Abu Shahla, the PA minister of labor, said Tuesday. Robert F.
