(i24News) Dirar Abu Sisi, a top Hamas rocket engineer, was convicted in Beersheba District Court on Sunday of founding a "war college" which trained Hamas commanders. He was also involved in expanding the range of Hamas rockets, mortars, and anti-tank weapons.
