(Reuters) Israel wants Iranian recognition before it ratifies the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT), Merav Zafary-Odiz, Israel's ambassador to the UN nuclear watchdog agency in Vienna, said Wednesday. Israel has signed but not ratified the treaty.
