One of them, it has to be verifiable. That is, we have to be able to know that the Iranians are taking the steps that the agreement calls for to not get a nuclear weapon. We can't do that based on trust." "Just like back in the old days of the Cold War when we had arms control with the Soviet Union, we didn't trust the Soviet Union either.
