(Jerusalem Post) Gideon Goren - Avi Dichter, former head of the Israel Security Agency, on Sunday dismissed the term "lone wolves" to categorize seemingly spontaneous acts of violence by Palestinians in the West Bank. "Over the last forty-years that I have been in this business, there has not been a terrorist that attacked an Israeli target without leaving behind someone who knows about it."
