The Foreign Ministry phoned the Israeli embassy in Amman, Jordan, which contacted the Jordanian royal palace. The Jordanians called the Saudi royal palace in Riyadh, and two hours after the initial phone call to Israel, Saudi police forces arrived on the scene in the middle of the desert and rescued the Israeli pilgrims. 2007-01-05 01:00:00Full Article
