(Jerusalem Post) Yaakov Lappin - Dafna Meir was a mother of six who worked as a nurse in the Department of Neurosurgery at Soroka University Medical Center in Beersheba. The terrorist who stabbed Meir fled when he could not remove the knife from her body, South Hebron Hills spokesman Assaf Fassy said.
