(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh and Tovah Lazaroff - Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas offered condolences Wednesday to visiting U.S. Vice President Joe Biden over the death of U.S. citizen Taylor Force in a terrorist stabbing in Jaffa on Tuesday, but stopped short of heeding a call by the U.S. to condemn the attack.
