(Washington Times) Kellan Howell - Thomas Shannon, the U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Tuesday that the U.S. would use its veto power in the UN Security Council to block the sale of Russian Su-30 fighter jets to Iran.
