(Washington Post) Eugene Kontorovich - 28 U.S. senators wrote to Secretary of State John Kerry on Monday demanding that, in compliance with U.S. law, no funding be provided to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) which recently accepted the Palestinian Authority as a state. The move is part of the Palestinian effort to be declared a state without negotiations with Israel.
