(Times of Israel) Dov Lieber - Plans to establish a cultural center in honor of the late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat in the Arab-Israeli town of Abu Ghosh have been cancelled due to popular opposition, a local source said Monday. Abu Ghosh, which chose to stay neutral during Israel's war for independence in 1948, is known for maintaining friendly relations with Jews.
