(AP-Washington Post) The UN Security Council - in a statement approved Thursday by all 15 members - condemned the deadly shooting at a popular Israeli tourist spot in Tel Aviv where four civilians were killed and many injured in an attack by two West Bank Palestinians. The council statement called for those responsible for "these reprehensible acts of terrorism" to be brought to justice and "reiterated that any acts of terrorism are criminal and unjustifiable."
