(Ynet News) Udi Etzion - The Israel Defense Ministry has called for bids to construct an underground barrier around the Gaza Strip to defend against Hamas attack tunnels. Work is set to begin in October. Concrete barriers will extend several stories underground and will include above ground sections as well.
