(Arab Weekly-UK) Ed Blanche - Israeli military leaders say that Iran and its prized proxy, Hizbullah, are seeking to establish a new front against the Jewish state in the Golan Heights that overlooks northern Israel. The Golan has acted as a buffer zone that protects Israel from any spillover from the war raging in Syria. Iran's IRGC and Hizbullah have been setting up bases on the Syrian sector of the Golan and in other parts of southern Syria.
