(War Is Boring) Tom Cooper - Moscow has overhauled and upgraded the Su-24 bombers it sold to Syria to carry heavier bomb-loads over much longer ranges and deliver the munitions with much higher precision. Additional Su-24s arrived in Syria in several batches in May and June 2016, and Russia trained Syrian air crews to fly at night.
