(Ha'aretz) Amos Harel - The Israel Security Agency and IDF Military Intelligence have stopped 2,200 Palestinians at various stages of planning and preparing terror attacks, mostly stabbings and car-rammings, in less than a year. More than 400 Palestinians were arrested by Israel and similar number by the PA, while the rest received warnings.
