(Jerusalem Post) Gil Hoffman - Israeli Intelligence Minister Israel Katz, speaking at the Jerusalem Post conference in New York on Sunday, proposed that in light of the civil war in Syria, the U.S. should recognize Israeli sovereignty in the Golan Heights. Katz also called for opposition to a permanent Iranian military presence in Syria and Lebanon, further sanctions against Iran until it stops supporting regional terror, and enhanced sanctions on Hizbullah.
