(Israel Hayom) Nadav Shragai - Turkish foundations and organizations are funneling millions of dollars to eastern Jerusalem and the Temple Mount area to strengthen "Jerusalem's Muslim heritage and character." A portion of the funds are provided by the Turkish government, which funds the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
