(Ha'aretz) Gili Cohen - Israel and private donors will spend at least $32 million sending goods to Syrian civilians this year - $26 million from donations and $6 million from the IDF budget. These numbers do not include the cost of providing medical treatment for Syrian civilians inside Israel.
