[ Reuters] Nancy Waitz - The U.S. Treasury on Thursday said it blacklisted Syriatel, Syria's largest mobile phone operator, and a chain of duty free shops owned by Rami Makhlouf, a Syrian businessman and cousin of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
