(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - Settlements are not the issue preventing an Israeli-Palestinian deal, U.S. Mideast envoy Jason Greenblatt told EU ambassadors in Israel on Tuesday. Greenblatt said it is necessary to look at what construction has actually taken place, rather than at various announcements in the media.
