(Ynet News) Elior Levy - In the wake of Friday's enactment by the U.S. of the Taylor Force Act, which halts economic aid to the Palestinian Authority until it ceases paying stipends to terrorists, the PA has decided to return to directly providing financial aid to families of terrorists.
