(AP-Military Times) Sarah El Deeb and Philip Issa - Despite being kicked out of the main towns they once occupied in Syria, Islamic State is showing signs of a revival. ISIS still has cells present in all areas, said Mohammed Abu Adel, commander of the U.S.-backed Manbij Military Council, the joint Kurdish-Arab body administering this northern Syrian town.
