(Ha'aretz) Amos Harel - Most of the deaths of Palestinians during the Gaza border riots have resulted from snipers aiming at rioters' legs when suddenly the person bent down, the shot missed, or a bullet ricocheted, a senior officer in the IDF Southern Command said.
