(Jerusalem Post) Maayan Hoffman - Noble Energy Vice President Bini Zomer, whose firm provides Israel with gas from offshore fields, said Sunday, "Today, at peak days, we are supplying fuel for 78% of Israel's electricity," up from an average of 60% last year.
