(AP-Fox News) Ilan Ben Zion - Israel is building a wall along its northern border to protect civilians from Hizbullah attacks. Israel insists the entire barrier is being constructed in Israeli territory, and the UN peacekeeping force in the area agrees. Israelis fear there could be a renewal of hostilities as the civil war winds down in Syria. Brig.-Gen. Eran Ofir said seven miles of the 80-mile (130-km.) barrier has been built.
