(Jerusalem Post) Eytan Halon - There is "great interest" in a plan to give Jordan and Saudi Arabia access to the Mediterranean Sea through Israeli ports, Transportation Minister Israel Katz said Monday. Under the plan, the Haifa to Beit She'an train would extend across the border to Irbid, Jordan, and southward to Jenin in the Palestinian Authority.
