(New York Times) Vivian Yee and Hwaida Saad - Lebanon's newly formed government gave the Islamist movement Hizbullah key posts, including the Ministry of Health, which has the fourth-largest budget in the government. American officials are concerned Hizbullah will use the ministry to provide state-subsidized health care and patronage jobs to its supporters and possibly even its fighters.
