(AP-Washington Post) Lebanon-born Ali Kourani, 35, convicted of providing material support to Hizbullah by seeking targets in New York City for terrorist attacks, was sentenced Tuesday in Manhattan federal court to 40 years in prison. U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S.
