(JTA) Philissa Cramer and Ben Harris - 2,000 young Israeli women who work at Jewish schools, synagogues and college Hillels abroad as part of their national service, an alternative to Israeli army service chosen by many Orthodox girls, have been ordered to return to Israel immediately by Israel's National Civic Service Authority.
