(Washington Free Beacon) Adam Kredo - 262 House members and 69 senators signed a letter calling on the administration to stop the International Criminal Court's "politically motivated investigations" of war crimes cases against the U.S. and Israel. The lawmakers said the ICC is unfit to carry out any investigation of the U.S. or Israel and expressed concern "that those pressing for action seek a court judgment in place of a negotiation process between Israelis and Palestinians. The ultimate sustainable solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict lies in the resumption of Israeli-Palestinian direct negotiations in pursuit of a two-state solution - not in the pursuit of cases at the ICC." 2020-05-14 00:00:00Full Article
