Pompeo said Monday: "Today, sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) and its Shanghai-based subsidiary, E-Sail Shipping Company Ltd. (E-Sail), have come into effect" in a move "which targets WMD proliferators and their supporters."
