(Sputnik-Russia) Elizabeth Blade - Col. (ret.) Dr. Ephraim Kam, a former deputy director of Israel's Institute for National Security Studies who served in the Research Division of IDF Military Intelligence, says that U.S. sanctions on Iran have been "effective in weakening" the government in Tehran.
