(Ha'aretz) Jack Khoury - Qatar's envoy to Gaza, Mohammad al-Emadi, announced Sunday that an agreement has been reached between the Palestinian Authority, Israel's Delek gas company, and representatives of the Quartet on the Middle East to deliver natural gas from Israel to the Gaza power station. European powers will fund a $5 million gas pipe from the station to Gaza's maritime border, and the Qatari government will pay for the pipeline from the border to the offshore oil platform.
