Schwanitz - In 2017, Jerusalem's Kedem auction house posted three of six previously unknown photos on the Internet, in which the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Amin al-Husseini, inspects the Trebbin concentration camp near Berlin along with Nazi senior officials around 1943. Al-Husseini's written pact with the Nazis, the pictures of his visit to a concentration camp, and his subsequent close involvement with the Final Solution show beyond any doubt that the Palestinian leader wanted the Jews of the Mideast to share the same fate as the Jews of Europe.
