(New York Times) Farnaz Fassihi - In a leaked audiotape, Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif said in March 2021 that decisions in Iran are dictated by the supreme leader or the Revolutionary Guards Corps. The three-hour tape was part of an oral history project and was not meant for publication.
